Al-A'raf 7:9

Word by word

وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُم بِمَا كَانُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا يَظْلِمُونَ

And those whose scales are light - they are the ones who will lose themselves for what injustice they were doing toward Our verses.

ومن خَفَّتْ موازين أعماله -لكثرة سيئاته- فأولئك هم الذين أضاعوا حظَّهم من رضوان الله تعالى، بسبب تجاوزهم الحد بجحد آيات الله تعالى وعدم الانقياد لها.
