An-Nisa 4:59

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَطِيعُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا۟ ٱلرَّسُولَ وَأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ ۖ فَإِن تَنَـٰزَعْتُمْ فِى شَىْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا

O you who have believed, obey Allāh and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allāh and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allāh and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.

يا أيها الذين صدَّقوا الله ورسوله وعملوا بشرعه، استجيبوا لأوامر الله تعالى ولا تعصوه، واستجيبوا للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم فيما جاء به من الحق، وأطيعوا ولاة أمركم في غير معصية الله، فإن اختلفتم في شيء بينكم، فأرجعوا الحكم فيه إلى كتاب الله تعالى وسنة رسوله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، إن كنتم تؤمنون حق الإيمان بالله تعالى وبيوم الحساب. ذلك الردُّ إلى الكتاب والسنة خير لكم من التنازع والقول بالرأي، وأحسن عاقبة ومآلا.
