Hafiz Ibn Kathirيخبر تعالى عن إحاطة علمه بالمعوقين لغيرهم عن شهود الحرب ، والقائلين لإخوانهم ، أي : أصحابهم وعشرائهم وخلطائهم ( هلم إلينا ) أي : إلى ما نحن فيه من الإقامة في الظلال والثمار ، وهم مع ذلك ( لا يأتون البأس إلا قليلا)

Word by word۞ قَدْ يَعْلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُعَوِّقِينَ مِنكُمْ وَٱلْقَآئِلِينَ لِإِخْوَٰنِهِمْ هَلُمَّ إِلَيْنَا ۖ وَلَا يَأْتُونَ ٱلْبَأْسَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Already Allāh knows the hinderers among you and those [hypocrites] who say to their brothers, "Come to us," and do not go to battle, except for a few,
