Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Hafiz Ibn Kathirولهذا قال هاهنا : ( لو كان في الأرض ملائكة يمشون مطمئنين ) أي : كما أنتم فيها ( لنزلنا عليهم من السماء ملكا رسولا ) أي : من جنسهم ، ولما كنتم أنتم بشرا ، بعثنا فيكم رسلنا منكم لطفا ورحمة .

Word by wordقُل لَّوْ كَانَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَلَـٰٓئِكَةٌ يَمْشُونَ مُطْمَئِنِّينَ لَنَزَّلْنَا عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَلَكًا رَّسُولًا
Say, "If there were upon the earth angels walking securely, We would have sent down to them from the heaven an angel [as a] messenger."
