Hafiz Ibn Kathirوقوله : ( ولله ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وكفى بالله وكيلا ) أي : هو القائم على كل نفس بما كسبت ، الرقيب الشهيد على كل شيء .

Word by wordوَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا
And to Allāh belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allāh as Disposer of affairs.
