Tafsir Ibn Kathir
Hafiz Ibn Kathirالذين آمنوا وتطمئن قلوبهم بذكر الله ) أي : تطيب وتركن إلى جانب الله ، وتسكن عند ذكره ، وترضى به مولى ونصيرا; ولهذا قال : ( ألا بذكر الله تطمئن القلوب ) أي : هو حقيق بذلك .

Word by wordٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ
Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allāh. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allāh hearts are assured."
