Supplications for ablution and purification
Bismillah
In the name of Allah.
Abu Dawud 1:73, At-Tirmidhi 1:5
I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, with no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and messenger.
Sahih Muslim 1:234
Allahumma-j'alni minat-tawwabina waj'alni minal-mutatahhirin
O Allah, make me among those who repent and make me among those who purify themselves.
All praise is for Allah who clothed me with this and provided it for me without any might or power from myself.
Abu Dawud 4:41, At-Tirmidhi 5:521
Bismillah

Ibn Majah, At-TirmidhiEach dua is shown with its reference where the source records one, so you can check it. Duas whose wording you intend to rely on in worship are worth confirming with a qualified teacher.
